What is the SaaStr Annual?

The 5th SaaStr Annual is the largest non-vendor confab in the world, uniting the global B2B SaaS community both online and off. We want to help everyone scale faster and with less stress and more success!

In 2019, over 12,500 Founders, Senior Executives, and VCs will come together over three action-packed days of high-quality networking, learning from those who’ve done it, and of course, great food, generously-poured drinks, and plenty of fun.

Where is SaaStr Annual 2019 being held?

The '19 Annual will take place at the 500,000+ square foot SAN JOSE CONVENTION CENTER, 150 W San Carlos St, San Jose, CA 95113, approximately 45 minutes from San Francisco.  You can also take the train from downtown San Francisco.  We do recommend out-of-towners stay in San Jose to maximize the experience. 

Note the San Jose Convention Center is over 3x bigger than the venues for the 2018 and 2017 Annuals.  We will have tons more room to meet people, do Braindates and other mentoring sessions, and stage space.  Everyone in SaaS will still be there.  We'll just have a lot more elbow room than years past.

While convenient to San Francisco Airport (a 35 minute Uber/Lyft away) and Oakland Airport (40 minutes), the venue is a mere 5 minutes from the San Jose airport.  Feel free to fly there instead if cheaper / more convenient.

How do I APPLY FOR A PRESS PASS?

If you’re a reporter or work for a media outlet, we invite you to apply for a press pass. Only media outlets that cover topics relevant to our community will be approved.

If I cannot make it, can I receive a refund on my order?

We know that things can happen and change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work:

If you cancel on or before August 31st, 2018, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel between Sept 1, 2018, to Dec. 1, 2018, you will receive a partial 50% refund. After December 1st, unfortunately, tickets will not be refunded. Please make sure to have a written request by this date, or unfortunately, tickets will not be refunded. If you realize you are unable to attend after this date, we strongly suggest finding a friend or colleague to utilize your ticket.

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

To apply a discount code to your order, choose your desired ticket type and quantity first. After doing that, click ‘Enter Promotion Code’ above ‘Order Now’. When the text box appears, enter your code and click ‘Apply’. Finally, click ‘Order Now’. Please note, SaaStr honors one discount code per ticket and that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, click this link and follow the steps outlined.

how do i register for sessions?

Use our attendee portal and follow the steps to register for sessions.

I am interested in volunteering. How do I sign up to do so?

A successful event wouldn't be possible without our volunteers! If you would like to volunteer, please complete our volunteer form. Submissions will close Jan 7, 2019.

What are the Terms of Service for SaaStr Annual 2019?
